Experts my wife is posting online complaints against my family members regarding CDR procured from illegal sources. but the fact is i had read all her CDR from her phone only when she was living with me she has a extra martial affair as well .my family members are not involved in procuring the CDR. what my family member can do to protect themselves against these false charges UNDER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT. a seprate FIR has also been registered under section 498a and 406 already. SHE IS TRYING TO PULL MY FAMILY MEMBERS IN OTHER CASES BECAUSE POLICE HAD NOT REGISTERED FIR FOR THEM UNDER 498A AND 406. IT IS FOR ME ONLY IN THIS CASE regards 498a is frauds
