my father in law has filed false complaint in the women cell on domestic volience and dowry against me and my family members . I have
been attending all the hearings, on the other hand my wife and her family members attended only few of them. they are no longer attending the calls from women cell for further processing. can I file divorce in this scenario.

You have to file divorce petition on merits this particular women cell complain in which your wife and in-laws are not attending will not be deciding factor of your divorce petition.
