Just you need to file a complaint as suggested by Mr. Om Prakash, but i think you are burning in the fire of taking revange. Pacify yourself get rid of her as she has already ridden herself of you...

Why you were unable to maintain and satisfy your wife and she had to marry another man, if your statement may be taken as gossepel truth, which is, otherwise, prima facie a fabricated story?
