My friend got an admission from mumbai university on SIES college for Msc(Chemistry),she belongs to aided section her lectures are not being held since day 1 while on the other side students of unaided section are regularly provided with lectures,even aided section of other colleges are getting lectures.She tried every possible way by reaching HOD to Vice Chancellor of University but they helped nothing,it is the duty of mumbai university to provide with lectures but they are doing nothing.
So, kindly help me by providing suggestion by how can she get her right back to attend lectures through legal mean
