Compensation for delayed possession

Can anyone list judgments of consumer forums/ courts  for award of compensations from builders after the buyers have accepted possession of their flats.   I mean, can buyer file a case for reasonable compensation of lost years, when the builder hand over the possession after 5-6 years of the stipulated time.  What is the likelihood of such a car.
