Karvy Computershare Pvt ltd is looking after the shares of the Reliance Industries. So in case of default by karvy is it necessary to make reliance also the party to the case? (relevant case law please). 2. Does NCLT deal with share fraud case or only civil court has the jurisdiction on it? (relevant case law) Please guide.

Dear Sir,

The answer to your first question cannot be given in yes or no until there is clarity in the matter and the terms and conditions given in the shares.

Secondly, I would like to enlighten you with the fact that NCLT is a quasi-judicial body which regulates and resolves civil corporate disputes.
