I have been working in a compay for past 5 years, there is a part of our CTC which is known as bonus and is supposed to be payed out in year end with appraisal. since the company is going through some financial crisis our salaries are getting delayed by 15-20 days. i have planned to quit the organization but am not sure that the company would honour the leave encashment, bonus, gratuity and PF which they should pay. please advice.
