Combining cases of same party

My brothers wife and famiy filed 3 cases against us(2 cases for maintanance and compansation and one against whole family members )

We are staying in bangalore case is in kerala.

I would like to know whether we can combain all these cases together,if posible what is the procedure.

In family court you can combine all the cases by giving a joint trial petetion refering all the case numbers. So all the case postings will be called for a single date for disposal

Cases are eligible for consolidation if (1) the cases involve substantially similar factual or legal issues, or (2) parties are the same.

Your  may submit a motion in the court regarding the samed, which may be granted when the court decides that the cases involved contain sufficiently different issues of fact and/or law that continued consolidation will not promote efficient case resolution.
