Need advice..
In our co-operative housing Society, in 2011 elected committee of 9 members started functioning.
In 2013 , 2 original MC members resigned and in AGM 2 members were co-opted.
In 2014, another 2 original members of resigned and another 2 were co-opted.
Now in 2014 FY, one more original member resigned.. as per bylaw, only 2 members can be co-opted in one financial year. In such case what need to be done to resolve this issue.
Present MC is carrying out lot of work and these resignations were put up just to put MC in trouble.
Kindly guide whether we can co-opt 3rd member OR we can keep this position vacant and in April 2015, we can co-opt?
