Clarification on pil issue

I filed a PIL n high court on education matter .the PIL has many issues which oppose anamolies in admission policy announced by government and is violating many court orders and notifications by regulatory bodies. the government has been doing same to support private education lobby and supporting corruption. now the high court bench has not given any interim relief and made a strange observation that the PIL is not applicable to admission year 2019-20 and applicable to next year and even though admissions are going to end in agust 15th and approval for same by 30th agust. i want to know how i can counter this erroneous observation by high court.
