Clarification of case status

Dear Members, case no UPLK010019062017 related to Pozi scheme caught by UP Police. By tracking online one can see status (https://services.ecourts.gov.in/ecourtindia_v6/ ) this case is being updated as diposed . Since, detailed ruling of the case is not being uploaded in the website not able to understand the exact outcome of the case. Request someone to elaborate.

The case is dismissed in default.... uncontested dismmissed means non appeared in the case and it was dismisssed...

Yes you can apply for certified copy of the order dated; 21/08/2019 from the court registry.

I think that is not possible yet;; you need to engage some lawyere or advocate to get the copy practising in the that court;just you can pay minimal to any junior advocate and he cans ecure for you the copy of prder
