I am 21 year old & recently I found some incomplete papers of a land bought by my late Grandmother 16 years ago, My mother is afraid to claim it as we are only 3 women at my home. The person who sold us the property is dead as well, but his son-in-law is claiming that property now. I have only 5 to 6 papers of registeration with Sr.no of registeration but don't have Index 2 Paper in it as well as 7x12 paper which is neccessary I suppose. I asked various people & every one are saying that I won't be able to claim that property now as the seller is powerful in some sort of ways.
Please Help by giving me suggestion.
