Claimant may file suit for set aside sale deed

in april 2015 , through sale deed ,my friend sold one house to one MR.RAM. Now Ram pressured my friend to get back house and return his money or   he will  file  a suit for set aside sale deed on the ground of fraud. is it posible for the purchaser to file suit for set aside a sale himself.

Yes, purchaser can file suit in this regard. If required consult with details.

it is a govt granted land. one mr balugot it by grant in 1977. then he sold it to ONE SAMAYAN, THEN TO  MY FRIEND  THEN TO RAM . WITH ALL BASIC DOCUMENTS . DOUMENTS ALSO REGISTERED WITH SALE DEED AS NO 7-16. MOW RAM TELLS TO SUE MY FRIEND ON FRAUD.

Although buyer can file suit for cancellation of sale deed on ground of fraud and coercion but he has to to prove by cogent evidence that seller had committed fraud with him or put pressure to purchase the house.
