First and foremost you have to arrange t send a legal notice through lawyer. Nominal fee can be paid from any lawyer through out India.

First u have to issue legal notice u have any documents pronote bounced cheque etc .the suit is filed for rs 150000+12% interest from date of loan given +notice charge+court costs =175000.it may be to8%advocate fee+6%court fee.afterwards execution fee 4%.contact any advocate.
