Respected Experts and Advocates,
My civil case is in the civil court but now i got a notice from JOINT COLLECTOR.Can i directly go and tell him that the concerned case is in the civil court.And moreover can JOINT COLLECTOR involve in a case which is taking pace in the civil court.

Send reply of notice to Joint Collector and mention therin that concerned/same matter is sub judice in civil court so do not proceed further.
