i had filed a civil case related to sale of land.I had filed case for cancellation of sale agreement which was unregistered .and the case was filed last year.It was told that judgement would be given in the month of july but was not given it was postponed to august in august judgement had to be given but it was told that there would be arguments inseptember month.I want to know what arguments mean.
