30000 and 213000 these amt.was given for friendly loan
It is time barred. If you catch hold of him, make him wash your sandas daily for next one year. If you go court for this nothing will happen, he will tell, he pay 100 rs per month and to collect that you have to go to court and spend 200 rs on auto. Best is forget the matter thinking that it taught you good lesson, never to give money to friends. And 421 case nothing great will happen. It will take one decade to get judgement, by that time you would have spent another lac.
