Child custody for a women before divorse

Hi my sister had a problem with her in-laws and her husband so we took he from her husbunds house to ours. Now she is staying with us from 1 month.

She has a child of 2 years and her in-laws & husbund did not allowed us to take child with us and we were in hope that everything will be fine in few days but still now nothing changing even all things are getting worse.

So we need child custody can some one guide which are different possible ways for it and which will be the fastet for it.

Still now we have not decided about divorse but will wait for some more time and then think of it but we want child with us ASAP in a legal wayl

Better to sort out amicably. If could not suceed file petition for custody of minor child, mother has first right.

yes, mother has legal to take custody of custody of minor below 6 years and feeding baby. Take baby before the baby forgets the mother otherwise it will be difficulty to take custody. later it depends on the choice of the baby. Take immediate action either before the women and child develotment authority or at appreiate Forum Family Court.

first involve any midator to solve the problem and do not think about divorce and settle the matter because it is in initial stages so it has to be corrected and as said above child is 2 years old so before forgetting solve the problem ASAP

if the situation does not solve with midator or any one help then take advice of a laweyr about child custody and restituion of conjugal rights means taking legal help to be with your brother in law
