Cheque bounce case Ni bill 2015

One of my customers gave me cheque, which is drawable in Andhra Pradesh. I reside in Bangalore. I want to deposit the cheque in bangalore. Before I deposit the cheque, would like to know where I can file the case, in case cheque is bounced. Since our Honorable President re-promulgated NI ordinance 2015, how long it is valid. Please let me know.

as per recent judgment you have to file case in A.P.

But Ordinance says, we can file a case in the jurisdiction of payee branch.
