Cheque bounce

Your case is not so cleared.....

If you invested rs 50000 and compnay madepost dated cheque of Rs 500000

Then while you drop cheque it got bounce .....

Now you may go legal process

1st collect cheque bounced voucher from bank then write notice to him that cheque got bounced...then give hime 15 days for reply and pay...if not go to police and file report of cheque bounce

then you need all evidence that you have invest the money...etc 

So be ready to go for legal process with all documents
