Dear All
Please help me to now from where we can get the AGE OF THE INK tested. one of my cheque is misused. it was signed 8 years ago, lying somewhere in our files which now has been misused by our ex-employee by filling the account name, amount and date of 2013, court has stated its proceedings, but we need to have the ink tested for its AGE.
is there any forensic lab, which can do this.

We have filled a case in criminal against dishonour of cheque also recieved NBW warrant after three years fight as the party was continously not present on hearing date.
Now according to the latest mumbai high court judgement dated 24/12/2013 case no. WP/4429/2013 on this basis opponent party has apply for cancelation of NBW warrant on non presence though advocate.
So, kindly guide me in this case, what step we can take further.
