Quick background.
way back ,2006 myslef and my father was there.
I had 2 sisters, elder sister married to X (They have one son and one daughter) , After very few years elder sister got disease and she underwent treatment and meanwhile 2nd sister got married and due to lot of troubles she got divorce.
she came with her daughter child and stayed with me and my father.
During this time, my first brother-in-law requested ,that he wants 2nd sister's support since my sister was undergoing her last stage and promised he will marry her and took her to his house.
After going to their house, bror-in-law said, since 1st wife is there ,how can i marry her?
2nd sister agreed for a while...
After 2 years ,1st sister passed away.
After that ,my father and me received huge complaints about my 2nd sister from my brother -in-law stating that she is misbehaving and not obeying my instructions, peace is gone in the house etc etc etc....
When enquired with 2nd sister ,She conveyed that brother-in-law is now hesitating to marry.
When we asked , he said i will do , i will do, but nothing happenned so far.
Recently there was a huge mess in the family on this.
Brorther -in -law is still not ready since the children are grown-up .
There was lot of humilitation on this to me because of this.
How shall i force my brother-in-law to tie the Knot to my 2nd sister?
What legal action can be taken?
