Cheated by car dealer

Hi sir Iam Praveen semi qualified CA and tax consultant in Nellore. I have come across a fraud where I'm the victim which involved in loss of more than 1.5 Lacs. Last month I bought a car in olx ford EcoSport 2016 77000 driven for 5.8 Lacs thinking that Kms driven is genuine I paid him through check and I have all the chat conversations and call recordings now when I went to service center came to know that it is 185000 Kms driven shocked by knowing that when I question the owner he is threatening me and warning to do what ever I can. Now I want some professional help and need clear and straight forward answers to my few questions 1. Can we fight him legally? because I want learn him a lesson that at Least few people don't get cheated like me 2. If yes what are the professional and legal costs involved? 3. Can we get compensation from the fraud owner. Thanks in advance
