Chargesheet not filled in 498a.

Experts Chargesheet in 498a and 406 has not been filled almost a month has been passed after registeration of FIR what i have a query in this case. wife is continuosly following u at police station and asking officers to force me to live with her. but i had said first cancel the complaint and confess in writting that complaint is false and quash the FIR then i will live with her. i had already obtained notice bail from the lower court. what will be the next thing in my case will happen? regards 498a frauds
