Changing the name of shareholder

What is the procedure if one has follow under the Companies Act for changing the name of the shareholder if the concerned shareholder is a company the company in which shares are held is a private company. if possible please tell me about the required documentations, filing if any required with the RoC etc.....

Hi


There is no ROC Compliance. Just give an application alongwith certified copy of fresh certificate of incorporation to the concerned company in which your company is a shareholder.

According to my knowledge, the share holder wants to  files the gazatte notification announcing the change.


plz wait for other members answers.Hope you get quickly.

But as per my view the Company will have to ensure that its name has really changed..and that can b easily traced out from its RoC Records & thereafter the shareholder should file the GAZZATTE NOTIFICATION for public announcement.
