Changing survey number in registered partition deed

In 2009, a partion deed was done among heirs on a land owned by my father who passed away. There was 4 heirs, fathers mother, my mother, my sister and myself. My grandmother and my mother didn't take any share and the land was partitioned among my sister and myself. Deed was registered. Recently, we found the survey number mentioned in the deed was wrong.

What is the procedure to rectify the survey number in the registered partition deed? Do all the heirs involved in the partition deed need to sign once again to make this change, or just the current owners can request for the change?

please reply.

thanks.

Only your grandmother and mother can rectify it with rectification deed. Both the documents for your sister and yours are same, so both of you do it together.
