Changing Name

Mujhe 10th certification, Mujhe post graduation certification and my PAN card and even Mujhe bank account have Mujhe correct surname (MEHRA) but on my 12th certification and Mujhe graduation provisional certificate, My surname is KUMAR. I have my bank interview in the coming months where my documentation will be verified, what should I do ?
