I have been mutually divorced in Haryana, Gurgaon and i have the legal rights for my daughter. I am getting remarried and will go for a name change ofself and insertion of teh same in my passport so my new husband's surname stands with me. I would also like to change the surname of my daughter likewise....We are planning to haveteh adoption deed done post pur marriage for passport process later but want to get her surname cganged done ..How is that possible now and can you pls guide on the steps...My daughter is 5 years old.
