Chances for claim mother's caste

My father is Roman Catholic and My mother is latin catholic..Caste mentioned in my SSLC certificate is Roman Catholic.Whether there is any chances for claim my mother's caste? If yes, what is the procedures?

If so, whether can I obtain caste based reservation in applying PSC or central govt jobs? Since it has mentioned as Roman catholic in my secondary school certificates

RC is a forward caste like menon, brahmin or Nair etc , LC belongs to OBC
