One of My friend realized on Bail from High court in matter of 376 IPC (Rape). Now complaint of case wants to challenge this bail order in Supreme Court. Case is my friends VS. State Govt. .My question is that
Can Complaint of case challenge bail order of High court in Supreme Court. ? She is not party in that case & she is only complaint in that case and case is STATE VS. ACCUSED only. Please advice,

yes, complaint can challenge the bail order of high court before supreme court under protest. no problem.
now your friend has to contest the case strongly before supreme court, if complaint's [petition was accepted and notice has been issued to your friends.

Complainant can challenge bail order either herself or through prosecution. But it is very difficult to get the bail cancelled once it is granted.
