Hi,
I was challaned in Noida for RC and insurence and Pollution.
Actually i bought bike from my friend and he told that he will send me documents later.
Now when I got challaned he applied for RC, now my date to appear in court is near and i don't have any document.
What should I do?

this is petty offence therefore plea guilty before court then cort will impose little fine' deposit samein court thereafter you will be free. it will not affect your career.
