Hi All,
I was challaned on 10th No.v 201 in noida sector-65 for not carrying papers of my car. My Driving license had been confiscated. Now, I have lost my challan receipt and the challan had been submitted in CJM court Surajpur.
How am I supposed to proceed? Can anybody guide me please?

Challan date is 10th Nov. 2014
Also, car registration is not in my name. So, Can I go to the court and show all the documents or the car owner has to go?

You may contact the particular traffic police who issued challan to you for further details and he will be able to guide you further on this issue.
