The Andhra Pradesh Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings And Employments (Amendment) Act, 2008 (Act 16 of 2008).
ORDER:
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by (sub-section(1) of) Section-37 of the Andhra Pradesh Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1987 Andhra Pradesh (Act No.22 of 1987) the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the First Schedule of the said Act.
This amendment shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January, 2008.
AMENDMENT
In the First Schedule to the said Act, in column(2) in an items (i) and (ii) against Sl.No.3 for the words and figures “Rs.18,000/-“ the words and figures “Rs.60,000/- shall be substituted.
