For the first time the Central Government has come out with a noble schemes for assistance to victims of terrorist and communual violence with effect from 1st April 2008. I want to know if a soldiers is killed by the militants or terrorist in action, whether such soldiers like Assam rifles etc, can also claim assistance under the schemes?
