yes..Police station monopoly...said...applicant cannot file directly in the court and needs to file in the local police station only..what nonsense
in this way corruption is invoking...but what is the truth and under which section has authority to file directly in court

Only police can file an FIR under section 498A, then they will file a case in the Court.
