My case status shows "FOR ADMISSION - NOTICE SERVED -" what does this mean ?
The other question is that the date given is too far from the present date. Is it possible to get a earlier date ?
The basis of earlier date is that i am not able to run the business and the business is the only source of livelihood. Can i request the court to give me an earlier date ?
Please HELP me... Very Very URGENT need of it

FOR ADMISSION - NOTICE SERVED means notice has been served and matter will listed for admission on specific Date
