Care giver

My mother is an octogenarian(82). She has undergone two successive & successful operations. She needs an attendant to take care of her as a nurse. There is a girl (27 years, unmarried) who would like to come leaving her parents because she doesn't want to be married by her parents. What procedure can be adopted so as to preclude any interference from her parents, avoiding police case etc etc

Sir,

Since she is 27, I think there won't be any problem as long as she does not deny her free will.

Warm Regards

Let your counsel draft an agreement to the effect and sign it with the concerned party.
