Can District Collector OR Revenue Divisional Officer pass orders to the Sub-Registrara to cancel the registered gift deed just because of one of the boundaries was mentioned wrong in the deed.Please clarify.

In my view district collector or revenue Divisional Office cannot pass order to sub-registrar to cancel the registered gift deed.
