Hi,
Is there any recent amendment in Maharastra Ownership Act which sets new rules for Cancellation of Deed of Decalaration(DoD) of a project.
As per spreaded messages on Whatsapp if majority people in DoD agree to file Cancellation Deed then no need of civil suit to cancel Deed of
Declaration done by builders.
Please confirm if it is true or fake message ?
If true please give reference and also confirm whether such amendment also applicable on old DoD done in 2013 ?
