we applied for stay in the nainital high court against arrest for a 420 case ,the advocate did'nt provide proofs and evidences due to which the stay got denied ,can we apply again for the stay (with all the proofs and evidences)?
and also how can we save our father(who is a government employee) from getting suspended as NVW is issued against him,and we have to make him surrender to the CJM court(we have all the proofs of his innocene).

You can but at the same time you visit the Hon'ble Supreme Court and seek the remedy with all the documents you have in your custody ....
