Contested dicorce was allowed by family court. An appeal was allowed by the higher court, and the first hearing is after 6 months. I was wondering if speedy trial can be availed before the first hearing. If not, can I move to SC for speedy trial? I would really appreciate your advice. Thanks in advance.
