Can second wife have mention in husband's passport?

1.  Incorporating name of which Wife in Muslim Husbands passport, is the discretion of the Husband and not of the Wife. During declaration in passport form, the Husband can input his wife's name and the second wife has no legal jurisdiction to raise any objection on the same.

2. However, you as the 2nd Wife of a Muslim Husband can definetly declare your husband's name during declaration in passport form and the Husband or 1st Wife would have no legal jurisdiction to raise any objection on the same.  Check the Passport application form & the rules printed therein.
