Can individual give power of attorney to partnership firm

Hello All,

My brother and I own a Property. Both own 50% share. We're also partners in a Partnership firm XYZ Enterprises. As per the Partneship deed, the capital infusion is about Rs. 20L but the property has not been brought into the Partnership deed.

We'd like to rent the property to ABC Ltd but we want to sign the agreement as XYZ Enterprises. The Client is not comfortable with this because the property is not a part of XYZ Enterprises.

Can my brother and I give Power of Attorney of the Building to the Partnership firm to get into an agreement with the client and collect the rents etc?
