My question is that do we need any kind of permission from someone to sell surplus and factory seconds goods on our website?
Another thing, let me tell you the scenario.
If I am purchasing a lot of surplus clothes from a wholesaler and he is providing me bill for the same taking 5% VAT, which ensures that product is original and not the first copy.
So for selling it on my website, do i need to take permission from each brand or i can simply sell??
and if by chance someone sue me for selling surplus, so i am responsible or my vendor is responsible coz i am having bill??
