i m pursuing my engg and during my exam times a girl abused me over the phone for her personal reasons purposefully so that i get distracted. she used foul language and abused me and because of that i failed in my exams and lost one whole year. can i take any legal action against her. i have the messages she has sent and also have some voice recordings(all are abusive ones)..also to mention she had called me jus an hr before exams commenced..

why is she abusing you only.the reason behind this ques is that u will have to ans this ques if u decide to take any legal action.
