Can i provide certification for my educational services?

I am running a Distance based coaching service from 3 years. Now I want to provide certification for my services, I just want to know, From where I can get the permission to provide the certificate and how that certificate will be valuable in the market.

According to the existing laws in the country, no sanctity is given for the certificate issued by private parties. Only government approved University/Institutions certificates are valid in the eye of law
