Can i joint my brother to my current bank account

Hi I have a firm registered with me, and a bank account with me as a proprietor. Now, i want to joint my brother to my current account as im shifing to another city but without any partnership deed in sales tax. In there any law for it. Please let me know and thank you.

You can not merge the bank accounts. since you and your brother are seperate identity in law views.

Thanks. But, what can i do if there is current account with my brother name and all my business transaction are done from that account. Is there any way to solve this matter with laws?
