Can i go to husband's home during court processing to live

Respected Experts, My husband had filed divorce case and it got dismissed. Then he went in an appeal in the District court. The case is under process and I got to know that he illegally wedded to other girl. Under these circumstances, 1) Can I go and live with my husband along with our son because the case is still in the court ? 2) As the Decree of Restitution of Conjugal Right is filed and it is pending for execution. 3) Will there be any consequences if I will go directly to live with him during court proceeding ? I would be grateful for your valuable suggestions. Thanks in advanced.

As a lawfully wedded wife you have all the rights to live in your husband property till the decree of divorce is executed and you have been granted the alimony or maintance.

The RCR was filed by whom?

In any case being spouse you can go to live in matrimonial home.

To avoid any adverse inatances keep unshakable witnesses.

Take help of elders of your family, competent and experienced well wishers, seasoned PIP’s, helpgroups, community leaders, and your own very able LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in concerned field of law e.g; Family matters as in your case, and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules, precedence, latest judgments etc …. and worth his/her salt, and your counsel can advise you after examining all docs, evidences on record ..e.g; the evidences that you have,  etc

There are such very able counsels at each location.

Check for such counsels at LOCAL Family/civil courts, HC, SC…

Until divorce is granted, you are the legal wife and have unconditional right to live in your matrimonial home. No question about it. So just go and start living there and if he does not allow you, go to the Police. If he has married without divorcing you, tell the police about bigamy but you must have proof of his marriage. May be he is just having fun with another woman. That is not bigamy even if he living with her.
