Can i get married while waiting for divorce decree

Hi,

Myself and my Ex.Wife have filed Mutual Divorce case on 31/07/2013 and waited for 6 months to grant Divorce by the Court on Last hearing 03/02/2014. Its been more than 115 days after the final hearing that i have not yet received the Divorce Decree from the court. One of the chief Advocate checked my case files inside the court and confirmed that my Divorce is granted on 26th Feb 2014 and only yet to be signed on the CA by Judge. Can you please suggest that i can get married without any issue.

It is better to get court decree in hand, and proceed further after limitation period.
