Can i apply for passport ? but my 498-a case is pending in session court.and crpc-125 is also pending.

But I have got divorced from my wife with ex-party before 3-years.And I did re-marriage again.But my wife did not marriage yet and she is getting mentenance regularly from 2011.And unfortunately I found guilty in this lower court with false evidence.But this case is purely false.
